1. Terms of Use Agreement

By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to:

  • Use the site and its content for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only.

  • Not engage in any activity that could harm the site or interfere with its proper functioning.

  • Not duplicate, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the website or products without express written permission from ArtOMinds.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially in cases of abuse or misuse of the website.

2. Products & Services

We offer DIY kits, return gift kits, and creative workshop experiences. While we make every effort to display and describe our products accurately, slight variations in colors, packaging, or materials may occur due to their handmade and curated nature.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Once an order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days unless stated otherwise.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party courier services.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We put care into every ArtOMinds package. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered (i.e., it doesn't match your order confirmation).

  • The product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect.

  • The item is unused and returned in its original condition.

Returns will be processed after the item is inspected and approved. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original mode of payment.

All content, including product designs, text, graphics, logos, and images on this website are the property of ArtOMinds and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ArtOMinds is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Use of all DIY kits is at your own discretion, and children should be supervised by an adult.

8. Staying in Touch

When you provide your email ID or phone number during checkout, we use it to:

  • Share order updates and shipping notifications

  • Respond to your queries or concerns

  • Occasionally send product or event updates (you may opt out anytime)
